AeroPress DoubleShot Coffee Company

I first heard of the AeroPress right after it debuted on the market. I thought it looked funny, so I made fun of it and decided to review it on my podcast. This happened on AA Cafe episode #23. The odd thing was, it actually worked. Made a good cup of coffee. So I started selling them at the DoubleShot. We've had a lot of fun with the AeroPress over the years. One of my favorites was taking hot coffee beans straight out of the roaster, grinding them with smoke pouring out of the chute, adding the steaming hot coffee grounds and room temp water to the AeroPress, and plunging. Very interesting. The AeroPress uses air pressure to push the water through the ground coffee, making a simple variation on an espresso.
