Easy, just connect additional batteries of the same capacity in parallel until you reach your desired capacity. Connecting batteries in parallel maintains the same voltage but adds the capacity (ah) of the batteries together to form a single large sized cell. For example, connecting four 12V 100ah batteries in parallel yields a 12V battery bank with a total capacity of 400ah. Need a higher voltage? Up to four batteries can be connected ion of up to a total of 4 batteries in series to deliver a 48V charge. Connecting batteries in series maintains the the original capacity (ah) of the batteries by sums the voltage to form a single higher voltage cell.
