12000 piece puzzle, Neuschwanstein Castle, Germany, by Rav…

Either the first or second puzzle ever with more than 10,000 pieces. This debuted in 1978 and my (well-worn) copy is from a 1985 reprinting. This puzzle is exceptionally hard to find. (Update: It seems I am mistaken about there being a 1978 version of this. The 1985 printing is the original release; the first 12,000 piece puzzle Ravensburger released is definitively "The Temptation of St. Anthony" by Hieronymous Bosch, which debuted in 1983.)
