How to Use

• For cooling effect, place the gel pad in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours
• For warming effect, place the gel pad in ~80°C water for 5-8 minutes (recommended option) or microwave for no more than 10 seconds
• Always test temperature before use. It is recommended to use the gel pad for 10-30 minutes at once and remove gel pad before sleeping
