Single Malt vieillit en ex fût de bourbon, de xérès et ex fûts de vin. Un superbe nez sur des parfums de fruits du verger, biscuits, chocolat noir et une pointe de vanille. La bouche quand à elle offre des notes de fruits secs, de pomme verte, d'agrumes, avec un mélange d'épices et de chêne. Une finale persistante sur des notes de vanille et de chêne.
